The franchisee will obtain the necessary local business license, and we will issue the franchise authorization certificate and signage.

Sign the Official Agreement & Pay First Batch of Goods
Both parties sign the official agreement, and the first batch payment is settled along with product delivery.

Staff Recruitment and Training, Set Opening Date
Franchisee recruits staff and arranges training; a store opening date is confirmed.

Product Placement and Facility Setup
Organize the display of products and install supporting facilities in the store.

Soft Opening
A soft opening is conducted, with experts from Myanmar present to promote the store.

Grand Opening
The store officially opens, marking the start of business operations.
