The YTH-60,100,150,200,250 inside bayonet type Stainless Pressure Gauge (SPG), is widely used in petroleum, chemical engineering, spinning, paper manufactory, metallurgy, pharmaceuticals, food industry etc. Suitable for measuring the positive and negative pressure of the liquid, gas medium, which is not explosion, crystal, solid, and is not corrosion to the Cr-Ni stainless steel.
The SPG used airtight type case, the case, elastic element, movement, and the wetted components are made up of high quality stainless materials. It has the reasonable design with structure, exquisite craft, higher measuring accuracy and lasting stability.
The shake-resist type SPG (YTHN-60,100,150,200,250) had a liquid filled case, and applied to high dynamic pressure loads or vibrations.
2. STRUCTURE DESCRIPTIONS
The SPG is made of the measuring system, indicating system and case. When the medium enters the measure element(bourdon tube) through the transmission pressure part, the free end of the elastic element will move correspondingly under the pressure of medium. The displacement will be transmitted to the movement driven by jointed pole, and then the pressure will be indicated on the dial.
